Sao Tome Grosbeak: "Finches and Sparrows by Peter Clement indicates this bird as the 'rarest species' covered in the book.(p.17). The São Tomé Grosbeak was believed extinct, having not been sited for over 100 years. However, this bird was sighted in 1991 and 1992."
